I was told this, and wondered if anyone knew if it was a major thing to fix this kind of problem, and what it will affect as far as the car running?? I just got the car and would really appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks, tweetyb66

Dear tweety,

You could help us and yourself if you get your Check Engine Light code read. You can have it read for FREE at Autozone, Pep Boys, or Checker Auto.

We have seen several reports of problems with the purge valve on the evaporative charcoal canister on the RD Tib. BUT we don't have enough data to diagnose the problem without you CEL code.
