The third generation Hyundai Elantra got a 2.7 liter V6 swapped in, i knew it was possible.

That's good to know, options-wise. However, I think swapping in a heavier V6 for a measely 45-50 hp would not be as economical as doing a turbo build.

Looks like they were doing a dyno run in the YouTube video; did they show results at the end (I didn't watch all the way through)?
