Well, this is a class act - although I had to buy two Azeras to get one of these little pamphlets, I got this really nice mailer in the mail today, just a courtesy letter and cards from "my dealer and hyundai usa".

I was so impressed that I took pictures of it for the forum:

Keep it up Hyundai, this is the kind of thing that makes you think, gee, I really bought a nice car. The card has Hyundai's 1-800 number for roadside assistance. Neat, huh? Anybody else get a little mailer like this?

Yes, I believe so, received from the salesman, along with all the other paperwork, loan documents, etc. on delivery. I noted the 800- number in my PDA, but I'll likely never use it as I have AAA-Plus. Of course, it would be better if the car doesn't break at all on the road... :grin:

By the way, have you noted the elastic straps at the back of the glovebox, suitable for restraining the owner's manual?...

Hm, no I didn't notice the elastic strap but that's good, on the Jags there's an elastic strap in the trunk so that's where I looked for it in the Azera.

Gosh, well, I guess at least I received on of these nice mailers. Good to hear other folks did as well. I'm still batting .500 on it. That's why I was surprised to receive it. :banana:

I didn't get one. The dealer I leased from in Oct '06 went belly-up 4 months later.

I didnt get squat. They didnt even turn in the finance paperwork until a day before my NEXT month's payment was due. Fortunately HMFC was aware and didnt hit me with any penalties or issues.

Yeah man, I financed outside hyundai and they never requested the loan payment or sent in the materials - I had to follow up with the dealer 4 times before they actually faxed in the paperwork to my bank.

Just before first payment was due.

Hmm.... :whistling:

I got a letter when I purchased my Azera in 2006. What I thought was nice is the way the manual was packed in a zipper pouch with a pen. Nice touch!

Andyman32;

We also got the same mailer you got about 4 weeks after taking delivery on the new Azera. I e-mailed the parts department at my dealership after seeing the mention of a "Kenwood" XM radio after market head unit. The parts man said the only one they knew of was for one of the SUV models. Bummer! :w00t:
