A few days ago I bought a Hyundai, the car seems ok but the service from the Dealership leaves a lot to be desired.
I'm not going to go into detail here, but, nothing major just a lot of niggling irritations.

If it had been a TV I was buying, I'd have got my deposit back and gone elsewhere, bit difficult to do when standing looking at the car in the forecourt and key in my hand!

Wondering if anyone here has any thoughts about Dealers / service in the UK.

dealer service can and does differ greatly not just in the u.k. but all over the world, don't forget you can use any hyundai dealer....try to find another near you that you are happy with and then stick with them. don't forget you can always complain, hyundai u.k......trading standards......C.A.B.......etc
