In almost 2 years no problems what so ever with the car , now iam getting a banging nosie from the front driver side wheel , it only happens when iamturning left or right and only started yesterday .

Had chat with garage and car is going in as its still coverd by the motability scheme iam on .

They said it could be the "suspension strut"
has any one had this problem as the car as only done 15000 miles.

Hi whiterabbit

My Jet. clocked 140k . never heard such a sound . I hope the sound

has nothing to do with the R.H Drive axle , it is expensive to repare

check the axle boot that holds the grease .

Regards

Bottom ball joint and strut top mounts fail. The mounts fail because water gets into the top mounts.

:460: well got the car back today after having some bearing repaired only to find out that the steering wheel was off centre , Was told to goto kwick fit and get the tracking sorted as this was out by 5 degrees. No that this has been done the steering wheel looks straight and it drives a lot better .

Just hope nothing else goes wrong .
