I have a mate who has in his possession an 96 model excel.

He wants to increase its performance as much as is humanly possible for the as cheap as possible.

he alread y has a k and n panel filter and a sports exhaust with out extractors but is lookin to get them in the near future.

is there anything else he can do :D :blink:

They are the very basics of performance enhancements.
Another thing that I would recommend is a cold air intake.

Then the next thing that I would probably do would be to think about a mild camshaft upgrade and head saving.
Also a port and polish!
