I personally think the altezzas are cool. I took mine apart and painted the parts around the actual circles and what not with color changing paint. i got it at Canadain tire for like $30 so it wasn't too bad, plus it makes the lights much cooler. I get asked about them once a month probably.

or you can try somthing like increasing your performance.... like if you own a 1.5L accent, I'd worry more about getting more power than having rice tailights... but apparently other people like all show and no go, and another thing... accents are hideous, so why even try, just turn it into a sleeper! imagine being blown away by an accent when you're in your civic or what not

You should really try and keep this thread on topic dude. I mean, some of us care about what we're saying. I think my car is plenty fast and I just like the outside to look as good.

Well... Toyota doesn't make an "Altezza", and Altezzas wouldn't look good on a Toyota Avalon either. But on the subject of whether altezza's are Rice or not.... It's a steriotype... Like the steriotype that everyone who says 1337 is a 16 year old couch potato living in their basement, leaving the computer only to eat. Some people just like altezzas because they hate the factory installed lights. I have a good friend who put special lights on a Ford Taurus because he hated the factory ones.

Can anyone confirm if the tail lights on a 2001 LC Accent are the same for the 2 door hatchbach and the 4 door hatchback? (or are they actually different?)
