I have also noticed a similar problem. The car sometime slows breifly then to compensate for the loss of speed, increases acceleration to a point where the throttle moves to the floor and also kicks back a gear and your thrown back in the seat. It then backs off the accelerator to normal when your doing about 10 km/ph faster than your cruising set speed and the car then slows to that crusing speed. This usually happens when on a slight incline. Its like the car doesnt compensate enough for the change in gradient and then all of a sudden over compensates by flooring the accelerator.
