i got a header put on and i cant pass emissions because my computer is throwing the codes p0131 and p0135 heated o2 sensor malfunction bank 1 sensor 1 and o2 sensor low voltage bank 1 sensor 1. i took it to several shops even put back on my second stocked cat. then came to the conclusion that my header wasnt producing enough heat for the 02 sensor. the o2 sensor is connected to only one of the pipes from the header were as the o2 sensor was connected to the the pipe after the four on the stock header. is there a way to make my header produce enough heat for the 02 sensor? it should be at 600 degrees it stand at about 200 right now.

my only option i came up with was to put back on my stock header to pass emission and then put back on my new one after i pass but the header was a tite fit and hard to put on and almost impossible to pull out i used alot of strength and nothing and i dont want to break it.

i have the same problem, but my 1st sensor it's in 2nd stock place, and the second after the cat, my 1st sensor are to far from the engine, i have error p0135 sensor1 and p0136 in the sensor 2, i think your emission problem are the p0311, i think it's because the sensor is reading in only one pipe, if you extend de wiers and put the o2 sensor behind the engine you emissions problems shoud desapear sory the bad english, hope i heped you
