How do you aim the beam downwards?

My headlights are aimed to high, as much as I should just go to the service site / RTFM / or tell the dealer, I'd trust the advice here nest on how to do it.

I wish there was an interior nob for this on NA vehicles like many European models.

There are 2 holes on top of the housing. They are marked D-U, and L-R.
Now I haven't done it, but it looks like you need to use a large blade flat driver. The widest blade that will fit through the hole, then turn.
Use a light to look beforehand and see what you will be turning. It looks like a V shaped slot, so the driver blade must engage in the slot.
