Hi,

How much fuel in litres is left in the tank when the Low fuel indicator light glows for the first time?

I could not find this info in the owners manual.

Thanks in advance,
Rav

Hi Rav

This won't help you, but today I filled up my 6-week old 1.4L Getz, and it took almost 42 L leaving just 3 L in the tank, and NO light came on as a warning. You are not alone! I intend calling Hyundai, and if I get any info, I'll post it up here.

Regards

LarryZA

Hi Rav

By almost running dry, I found out today that when the light *finally* comes on, there is exactly one litre remaining. The car took 44 litres, so it was easy to work out!

I think this is a poor show. In my opinion there should be at least 4 or 5 litres remaining before issueing such an important message.

All the best

Larry-ZA
