There are several chipping options available:

http://www.solware.co.uk/
http://www.dpchip.com.au
http://www.psipowerbox.com/cms/find-your-vehicle.html
http://www.users.bigpond.com/dieseltunning/index.htm
Just Google it to find more options. try D-tronic, Tunit

As for the suspension these guys make the best in Australia to suit the Terracan.
www.ironmansuspension.com
Others make kits but only Ironman make heavier torsion bars...the originals are way too soft.
Hyundai offer a Trek 'n' Tow Kit which is expensive but a vast improvement over the standard suspension, but by all accounts the Ironman kit is better and cheaper. A lot of folk wind the front torsiion bars up 20mm to 40mm to get lift. Also fitting 265/70/16 gives a bit more and corrects the speedometer reading.

See Terracan section on this forum.

Cheers
B.
