Anyone else see this article about the Azera in which the author (Steve Tucker) keeps saying Nissan when he really means Hyundai? Way to go Steve!

There is a lot of misinformation in this article.

If you scroll down the first page, you find the statement: " ...Nissan presently offers two trims for the Azera, the SE and Limited models." Ignoring for the moment the reference to Nissan, this article is dated July 23, 2007, when the GLS was already a reality.

I don't know who Steve Tucker is, but I am not impressed.

You see this more and more. Where have all the car guys gone when it comes to reporting on auto news. You can't believe anything anymore. I grew up with "Road and Track" ," Autoweek", "Jaguar Journal" and British "Auto" magazines. It seems like these current auto journalists wouldn't know a Humber Super Snipe from a Bentley Azure (often mistaken for a Hyundai Azera).

Read the article. This guy knows nothing about cars and seems to be a "jack of all trades" writer, a little here, a little there. Nothing of substance. The publication he wrote this article for isn't much of anything. Good for a laugh. Pretty insulting though, to equate our Azzys with Nissan. :w00t:

Let's not forget that he pointed out "The headlights are wide and warped around the front fenders".

Geez, no wonder my headlights don't work very well at night. And I just thought my night vision was bad. :)

Going to the dealer tomorrow to get them straightened out and put back in the front of the car.

How about this beauty... "Although, the Azera did took a very conservative outlook with regards to the design of the modern sedan".

"did took"?...This guy is as sharp as a ball.

What a poorly written piece of crap.

His opinions are his own; but his misuse of the langaue and misidentification of the manufacturer lead one to disregard his opinions.
He must be writting for his own web site. An editor, even a poor one, would have picked up on many of the errors.

He claims to have been a web master for 10 years---I guess that makes him about 22 years old.
