so, im new here, but i figured this was the best place to go. I was driving home from work, and a schmuck who was too stupid to stop at a red light hits my front driver side corner doing 75. Now, i need a front bumper, fender, driver side; side skirt, and possibly a new hood. Now I know that OEM parts are always more expensive, but I'm having trouble finding EXACT pricing, so I know how much leeway I have on picking a body kit. If anyone has any suggestions where I can find OEM parts, and or decently priced body kits...please. FEEL FREE!!!

Go to a Hyundai Dealer, and have a binding quote done. There is most likely front suspension and sub-frame damage as well when been hit with a force of 75+ mph (plus whiplash, suffering from shock..............). Then, charge it to the idiots insurance.

Hello everyone, my first post.

75 mph and you're concerned about bumpers and bodykits??? How's your frame? (auto and skeletal)

Yah I was gonna say if someone got whacked at 75 MPH he probably wouldn't have a car left to put a bodykit on.

Even if the car was fixable, I wouldn't go sinking a bunch of money in aftermarket stuff into it till I was assured the repairs were safe and there weren't any lingering effects left over from the fixit job.

Yeah... Man, if you got hit by a guy going that fast, odds are you probably have some frame damage. You need to make sure the body shop doesn't over look that, because other wise your car will never drive the same again, You'll eat up tires and it just wont ever be the same. Remember to drive it before you take it. TAKE IT FROM ME...Been through the same situation but worse and the body shop screwed me (read previous posts). Make sure you turn the car both directions...And check for a shimmy, and trust me....Dont granny turn the car. Also check your steering column, make sure it doesn't move...Shake it side to side. Watch your gauges. Also kinda curious if your airbags deployed?? Anyways I hope it all works out for ya, keep us updated! Take care
