I don't know what your countries regulations are on towing vehicles - but if you are going to tow your accent you will have to lift the front two wheels clear of the ground to stop it running about on it's own :)
For this you would probably be looking at a standard tow bar and a small trailer that you just drive the front wheels up onto. Alternatively you could always go for the full car trailer - I would compare the cost of both before deciding - as with a full car trailer you will be able to save wear & tear on your cars rear tyres.
As far as getting a tow bar fitted - you will have to goto a garage to get them to order a suitable towbar for your vehicle. You may want to also ask them about whether towing a car will affect your braking distance adversely.
Oh - and don't forget to get a set of lights for the back of the trailer / car so drivers behind can see when you're breaking / turning / reversing.
Hope this helps.
