Hello, my wife and I are seriously considering buying an Entourage after test driving a comparable 2007 Honda Odyssey and an '07 Sedona (and looking at the '08 Caravan & Toyota Sienna).

The dealer told us that the '08 Entourage was EXACTLY the same as the '07's. Does anyone happen to have any info on the '08's by chance? The dealer wouldnt' share with us their data and spending $25000+ is a lot of money so we just want to make sure it's going to the right minivan. :liebe011:

For all intents and purposes, the Hyundai Entourage and the Kia Sedona are the same vehicle with just minor differences in standard equipment. I would pick whichever one is the cheaper that includes everything you want.

And according to Car and Driver, the 2008 Entourage, Santa Fe and Tiburon are unchanged for 2008.

As the owner of a Chrysler minivan I will tell you to avoid them at all cost. I can't wait to trade mine in on a Entourage or Sedona. Unfortunately, I'm not financially ready at this time.

Bluetooth hands free is a added feature. No XM though. I wonder if they can get the radio interface bus to work with it.

Press release.

There are some differences in the entourage. It's built with special techniques that make it better than the sedona. It's quieter, better ride, and so on.

We test drove the Kia Sedona ('07 top-of-the-line) and thought it was really a decent ride. I was really surprised when I went to back into a parking spot at the dealership when both side view mirrors tilted downwards when I put it into reverse! I back into almost all parking spaces these days so having this feature really was important.

Comparing the test drive of the two vans I can say that there were some subtle differences that would equate to a better day to day life with the van. One big difference is the Hyundai Entourage really was quieter even though it was the mid level trim. It felt lighter than the Sedona and seemed to handle corners better. Also, the third brake light on the Hyundai is 3X as wide as the Sedona making for a Cadilliac style "look at me! Im stopping now!" kind of safety feature.

We want to buy an Entourage but we need to sell our '07 Mazda5 first (we just found out were having twins and the Mazda5 wont work for us anymore). I really wanted to see exactly what the differences were between the '07 and '08 Entourage before we made the buying commitment.

rendezvous65: I just wanted to say thank you so very much for your link to the '08 Entourage info. That was really thoughtful! :) :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011: :liebe011:
