Hi all,
i bought a used hyundai accent 2002 which has security coded audio system.
i dont know how to use the system..
i get very much frustrated when i found out that previous owner has left the country and i have no contact details of him to ask him anything...

any help on this would be much appreciated..

Just take the car to your nearest Hyundai dealer, and they *should* be able to look up the security code for your radio (using the car's VIN) on their computer system.
I had a similar problem when I traded my old 04 Sonata - I had replaced the factory radio when I bought it, then swapped it back in to trade. I didn't have the security code, but the dealer said not to worry, they could look it up.
