Can somebody please help??? I have had my 2004 Terracan a fortnight but only used it in the dark for the first time the other day...problem...no interior lights when the doors open! The luggage area light comes on when I open the boot but nothing via the doors. My Terracan has a SAVV DVD Player in the roof where my hand book tells me the interior light should be. This has lights built into it which can be activated manually and a button with what looks like a car with its doors open. This lights up blue when pressed but does nothing else. I have phoned the garage where I bought my car, but it seems that their technician (who may know!?) is on holiday for a fortnight. Does anyone know how I can get my light to work!

You are not being ignored. We don't have the Terracan in the U.S. Consequently, we have no shop manuals, no experience working on this car, and we can't run out to the parking lot to look at the light on our personal Terracan. this is what I normally use to provide answers.

There is anothr thread on this topic and it would seem that for a period they were not connecting the DVD lights to anything Much like the seatbelt warning lights in my own.
Who knows why?
I will ask the dealer at first service.
