 Strange Noise Coming From Vents

I recently noticed when using my thermostat on fan speed 3 or 4 a loud vibrating noise comes from under the glove box. Is that a fan missing a blade or something? Is fixing it practical, by that meaning is replacing the fan easy and come in one swappable component, or will it require extensive maintenance? Any help or comments much appreciated!

Things that can cause a loud vibrating noise behind the glove box
a) ingested leaves or sticks
B) a mouse nest
c) bad bearings in the blower unit

The motor and blower wheel assembly is one unit.

I know this is a old thread.But if anyone has this problem and you have kids.My daughter dropped a crayon threw the vent of course the fan wouldnt work the crayon jammed the fan.Atleast i never had to buy a new fan lol.
