Also, you do not want to exceed the RMS rating for the sub w/ the amp. With the amp I gave you the link to, the RMS at 4 ohms is 200w while the RMS of the sub w/ a 4 ohm impendance is 250w. Here, w/ both running at RMS capacity, neither is in danger of overheating or blowing. Whatever you go w/, just don't get too strong an amp for the sub. What you're looking at here is going to give you what you pay for as well. Not bad stuff, but far from top notch. If you're just looking to get some extra thump for yourself, this will be fine. If you want to be heard coming down the street, you need to save a little more dough.
