Will Not Start, 92 HYUNDAI ELANTRA 1.6 DOES NOT SPARK.

What about fuel, does the fuel pump work ?? what is the f-pump pressure ??

At the end of the head (at #4) is the crank angle & cam-sensor; follow the harness till you get to its connector; unplug it and check all the terminals for cleanliness and corrosion; refit and try starting. It may be advisable to have a Hyundai tech check the engine control with the scanner.
