Hi guys, I live in Rockledge. just wondering, did you buy your Hyundais at Cocoa and or Coastal Hyundai (same owner)? How were they to deal with and more important how is there service? Any hassles? do they give you the life time oil changes like they advertise? I would like to buy an Azera but will go elsewhere if they are not good to deal with.

I just bought my Accent from Cocoa Hyundai, they were pretty good to deal with. Some of the usual dealer 'games', just stick to your guns on what you want to pay, put down and trade value, if any. Otherwise, you can trust 'em. As for the service dept, I haven't had to deal with them yet, I just hit 2000 Miles and will do my initial oil change myself as they seem to do the free oil changes at recommended intervals only.

i posted in the south florida thread asking the same question.....i live in sarasota (just moved), and i'm not quite sure if that's south or central florida. i grew up in south florida (around ft. lauderdale) so when people say sarasota is in south florida, i don't know what they're talking about....

it seems that you all are on the east coast.....and growing up on that side of the state, i'm still getting used to the beach meaning west over here.....i mix it up all the time.....but i guess it'll get easier :)

Hello,

We are currently seeking BETA testers in the Tampa Bay, FL area to test the latest vehicles being add to the Peripheral Electronics PXAMG iPod and HD Radio interface.

More information on the PXAMG can be found here:
http://www.peripheralelectronics.com/produ...x?ProductID=276

The interface will work in the following vehicles:
2007-2008 Azera
2007-2008 Elantra
2007-2008 SantaFe
2007-2008 Veracruz
And have limited operation in the 2007-2008 Sonata.
Radios must be a non-navigation radio and have an “XM” button on the face of the radio.

We will install and provide the interface free of charge, all we ask for in return to report any issues you see. If we find an issue in your vehicle, or another Hyundai, we may have to get back into your vehicle to change the programming. We can come to you, or you can visit our office, whichever works best for you.

Please email me at Gary.Mazur@aampofamerica.com if you are interested.

Sincerely,
Gary Mazur
Engineer

I live in Palm Bay and bought from Coastal Hyundai in November 2008. I was told I was getting free oil for life, but they refuse to honor it. So far, the service department has done nothing to earn my trust. I have the 10 year extended warranty and now wonder, with this dealer, what help we'll actually get when something goes wrong with the car.

Hyundai usually seems pretty good about the warranty work so long as it clearly falls into that category.
