I bought my fiancee a Sirius receiver for her birthday, and instead of getting ripped off and having someone else install it, I was wondering how involved it would be to install it myself. She does not want to swap her existing (factory) head unit out, and my understanding is that the model she has does not have an AUX in. Hers is just the base CD player for the GLS.

Does anyone know how to properly route the wiring for the antenna to the back of the car? I get how to do it along the interior of the car, but I'm lost as far as the transition from the outside to inside is concerned...at least without drilling, and I'm, not doing that. Also, can anyone confirm that the only way to use this would be the FM transmitter included in the Sirius receiver?

I ordered Sirius but didnt recieve it yet. Seems like the simplest way is to just do wireless. As far as the antenna, I,ve seen people so lazy that they just leave it on the dashboard. I wont't do that, too afraid it won't work right. I'll just run it through the weather stripping into the engine, then through the firewall.
