I am the owner of a brake specialty shop in Calgary Alberta Canada. WE have had a Huyndia Atos in our shop for two weeks. It needs front brake pads, calipers, and rotors. WE have exhausted all of our avenues for getting parts! PLEASE HELP! We have tried our local dealer ship (they laughed at us), Hyundia Canada,Hyundia USA, and Huyndia international. All to no avail. I have e-mailed and called several auto parts places and dealerships in the UK.No luck.
The auto is a 1998 Huyndia atos one liter, sold in Hamberg Germamy. No idea how it came to canada our customer bought it at a used car lot and dosen't know alot about cars. The front brakes started grinding he took it to several shops including the dealership. When they couldn't help him he just kept driving. He threw both inbord pads and the caliper pistons carved large groves in the rotors. now the pistons have started leeking and loged sideways locking the brakes.
If anyone has any information on whare I can get these parts I would greatly appreciat It. it also dosen't like 30 below but i'll concentrate on the brakes first.

thanks :)

It`s encouraging to find guys like yourself who really go the extra mile for their customers!.

I understand the Atos & Amica range is sold in Mexico, if you have any contacts south of the Rio Grande, they may be able to help you out.

Failing that, did you see this firm`s post?. My Webpage

Nick.

Thanks for the nice coment Nick. Yes I have tried looking in Mexico but they only started selling the Atos there in 2000 under the dodge banner and the braking systems are different.

I also tried the web sight you indicated. They again don't list the Atos however I did leave them a message and will wait for thier reply.
