Drives: hyundai excel x3 1.5 twin cam 1998 sprint
hi all i bought a excel 98 twincam,the old owner cooked the engine.
when i got it it would run good but very hard to start,so i rebuilt the engine new rings,bearings and got the head overhauled i also replaced spark plugs ,leads and all filters.now its altogether it wont start at all,it turns over ok,there is fuel(i can smell it) and there is spark,i lined up all the timing marks to where they were before.can anyone help
