sounds like your fuel gauge is not working. It could be a rusty wire connection or the gauge is defective.

could be the sender in the tank. why dont u just reset your trip odometer or mark your milage when you fill up, and see where the kms are when u run out.
then you know when u get within 20 kms of that range you need to fill up....

I taked out the sending unit and I cleaned it i put in a bowl full of water to see if it floats when I put the sending unit it floated good. Can it be a cable or something? Please can someone tell me the wires to check them or do something. Or there is a form to check if it is good?

Ok I am in Puerto Rico here the gas is at 72 cent the liter. Four liters make a gallon. Ok when i put like 10 bucks of gasoline it stays in the E when i stop somewhere like in a fastfood and I leave the car alone without moving it it fills to one quart the first line then when I accelerate it goes done. What could it be??

Today I taked out the sending unit i and test it with my finger i pull up the thing that it supose to float and it marks FULL when I let it go it goes to EMPTY.Ok it works good, but when I put it in the tank it stays in EMPTY. Ok then i taked it out and checked if it float in a bowl filled with water and it float. Then I put it again and it stays in EMPTY. What could be happening ? Or what I have to do?

It looks like your Floter is not working. Floter should have some air in it to float on the liquid. It might have some leak and petrol goes inside when it is inside the tank. Chck it putting in to a water bucket. Not with the fingers.

When you accecelerate the engine lot of fueal comes to the engine and till it returns the excess petrol back gauge will show less fuel.
