Anybody seen this before? Claims to be the 2009 Tib.

My guess is it's a chop of alot of cars (Sonata wheels, HCD8 grille/face, etc) and not official. Still cool even if it's a fake.

I'd say that the pic is guesswork but it does look good.

The bit of the article I wasn't so keen on, was:

"None of the BH cars will be offered with a true manual transmission. Instead, we should expect some sort of manually controlled automatics."

This will almost certainly have to be changed for the european market since hardly anyone over here (the UK) buys cars with auto transmission.

Hyundai showed me a picture of the next Tib, or whatever they might change the name to when they sent me to Korea last July. The picture was flashed in front of us for such a short time, I didn't get a good look at it, but if my memory serves me correctly, it didn't look like that. The picture they showed us was more of a side shot than a front shot, so it could be.

It stated in the article that that was just an artists guess at what it could look like.

Has a nice blend of G35 to it. I know it wont have a 4.6 V8 but if it does then it will eat mustangs, G35's for lunch!

Supposedly a spyshot of the interior:
(IMG:http://images.worldcarfans.com/spyphotos/6070820.001/6070820.001.1L.jpg)

And exterior:
(IMG:http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d172/nonchang/6070803001.Mini5L.jpg)

No clue if these are actually it, but thought you might like to see the possibility. I don't like the front end so much, if that is it...

I think it'll be the new motor that Kia showed off in thier new and coming coupe. As well hopefully a V8 option.

That model is the Genesis Coupe. Tiburon will be replaced by a veloster based model. The BK will complement the genesis and could possibly share the name.

That is not correct. It is the RWD Tiburon, based off the Genesis platform.

Sorry, that clipping was from Road and Track magazine. We've been discussing the RWD Tib on NetTiburon.com for months. The pics are NOT of a Genesis coupe, it IS the RWD Tib replacement however, the RWD Tib is based off the Genesis platform. What we don't know is if the Tiburon name will still be used or replaced with a new one for the new model.
