My 2000 accents ac fan, and radiator fan dont appear to be spinning, any help?

give us som more details. is the engine overheating? where in the u.s. are you (outside temp.)? does the air.con. work o/k?

The timing belt is a maintenance item. 60,000 miles is the absolute longest you should let a timing belt go unchanged. Now if you think you've reached the 60,000 miles of your Hyundai Radiator fan belt or Timing belt (whatever) thats the time you need to change it.

Drives: Hyundai Accent 2000 1.5L SOHC, Manual, no A/C, 50K mileage



Maybe a bad relay? I would check the fuse and relay. Pull the fan(s) connector and apply 12volts -- does it work? If yes, check fuse to that circuit branch then relay.

I think these fans use a relay.
