I have just bought a new stereo for my Excel.

How do I take the panel off to get to the stereo screws?

So far i have removed the screws behind the ash tray.....

HI THERE

I AM JUST ABOUT TO REPLACE THE STEREO WITH A CD IN MY G/F'S CAR (97 Hyundai Excel) AND FOUND THIS LINK THOUGHT YOU MIGHT FIND IT AS HELPFULL AS I DID

Car Stereo Removal and Installation Instruction

1) Gently pry switch from dash.

1) Remove exposed screw.

1) Repeat above steps for control on right side.
2) Remove ash tray and two exposed screws.
3) Remove dash trim panel and stereo.
