hi we have a 1999 atoz the problem is we cannot get any warm air i have replaced the thermostat but it still only blows cold air has anyone any ideas

It could be a blocked heater matrix.....

Trace the heater pipes that come from the engine to the heater and see if the temperature of the pipe changes....

If it is the matrix then you would have to reverse flush the matrix using a hose pipe and mains water.

Another thing it could be....are you sure that the cable controls are attached properly...I know its obvious..but had to say.

check for the heater control unit
If the heater control unit works, it could be faulty heater core.
