Hi all ....
when I turn my Air condition on , only the condenser fan is expected to be on , but I noticed that the two fans go on , and they go off again after I turn the air condition off , more over , when the coolant temperature increases , I notice that the two fans also go on and as expected that only the coolant fan should go on .. why do you think the two fans always go on together in both cases ?
Is there any thing I can DIY ?

The 2 fans goes on is normal, 1 for the air-con and 1 for the engine temp. They work together to prevent overheating. I think its best to leave it that way as what Hyundai's engineers intention. My Trajet also behave the same... :)

When the AC is on both Fans come on initially this should be low Speed as both Fans are in Series ..... when the Temp rises >96*C they switch to High now both fans are in Parallel through the change over relays, there are 3 relays that control this on a Matrix.

I changed mine so as both Fans are on High when the AC is on so no more Low speed, it never over heats nor does it get over 92*C ... before my little mod with both Fans working as per OEM it would reach from 96*C to 102*C at times ... Thats to hot IMHO. now It Runs Cooler and the AC works real Good.
