When starting, the engine will keep turning over until foot feed is pushed down. I believe the fuel pump is letting the gas drain back down. Where is the pump located and is it easy to get at?

well, first check the fuel pump pressure.
how long is the engine stopped, when this happen ???

It use to be stopped for at least an hour but time has been shortened to about 5-10 minutes.

CHECK THE PUMP PRESSURE, after the engine was switched off. How much pressure for how long ????
