I have 2,102 miles on my 2007 Santa Fe as of today.
I am getting 16/17 mpg around town of easy driving. No quick starts, driving like a normal person would.
What-do-ya-think... is this it? or will I get the 19 mpg as advertised when there are a few more miles on the clock.
Thanks...
Nick, in warm. sunny SoCal.

We did a bunch of mileage comparison a while ago on this thread

Fuel Consumption

It sounds like your consumption is a little higher than what I'm getting, but it should get better the more the engine gets broken in.

I'm getting between 16 and 17 MPG also... I read that the MPG rating system has been revised for 2008 and the Santa Fe's city rating dropped to 17MPG (basically almost every car had its rating dropped a few MPG).
