Hi all,
I am driving at around 115 km/h and suddently I lost all source of energy in my car. The lights shut off, the radio too, the air bag light comes on, also the oil pressure gage light, the CEL is always on since 2 years(the oxigen sensor and mass air flow). I check the alternator and it was in good condition. The battery poles as been cleaned, the wires haved been checked, the OB II tester dind'nt show anything anormal. The problem occurs when the motor is hot.

When I slow down the energy suddently come back in the car.

Please help me, I need an expert.

Bye and thank you all, Der77 :)

Odd ... some stuff shuts off but some stuff stays on. Maybe a main relay or something sticking or going bad ?

Hi all,
The dealer and the garage near my house says it's a bad ground. I will tell you more after it will be repaired this week.

Thank you all, Der77

Hi all,
It was finally the alternator. I replace it and the car is o.k now. The first mechanic test it but he did'nt press on the gas pedal to check the voltage. If he did, he would have seen that the alternator was not good. The second mechanic checked it the right way.

Thank you all, a french Canadian guy, Der77 :D
