Today, I noticed some clicking noise during turns when signal is on. I am not talking about the sound from the turn signal, but some other clicks from turning the wheel. If you make turns without the signal, then no noise at all.

Wondering if it's new or it's always there but I just noticed today.

Ya, mixed with the sound of the signal light, normally you won't notice it.
