I've had some issues with it as well, too bad Hyundai isn't as committed to the improvement of quality of their web site like they are the cars they build.
Do you get an owner's manual at all, or is it a broken link? When I sign in, I *do* get an owner's manual - "2006_Accent_Manual.zip" downloads. But naturally, despite the PDF enclosed in said zip being titled "2006_Accent_Manual.pdf," you end up with the manual for the 2005 model. It's cool, I don't mind reading owner's manuals for cars I do not own, but having one that actually applies to my vehicle would be nice. lol! The only address I could find to report the problem was a customer care e-mail buried somewhere on their site. I wrote them probably 6 months ago about this and didn't get a reply, not even a quick note acknowledging my message to them.
The service records are a bit of a letdown too... The only ones listed in my account are the ones I have put in there. I guess I was a bit spoiled by MyGMLink that I used with the Pontiac Vibe that the Accent replaced, that site was pretty slick. You had actual owner's manuals available, it would try to calculate your mileage depending on how much you tell it that you drive and give you service reminders based on that. And my service history records were automagically imported from where I had to bring that car into the shop a zillion times. In Hyundai's defense though, I only have to log routine maintenance with this car, so that's not a biggie. lol!
Anyway, hopefully Hyundai gets their act together and fixes this stuff. There's at least a couple people out here on the 'net that would find that site useful.
