I want to reomve the dash console surrounding the radio and climate controls in an 02 Accent GL. Any assistance/ instruction would be helpful,

Are there any special tools required?
Where does this thing ancor?

on mine i pull out the ashtray completely and ther is a screw behind it just unscrew it and pop the thing out.

most of the controls are connected by simple leads that unplug in my car.
