Hello Fernando!

I have owned 3 different H-100 diesel vans over the years. I have searched far and wide for a service manual and have been unable to find one. From what I understand Hyundai only allows its own dealers the privilege of a service manual. Perhaps if you are nice enough to your local service manager he will photocopy the pages you are looking for. I do my own service and repairs. If you have a question I might be able to help. If you happen to find a manual please share your connection with me!!

I do have a question.
Usually the temperature level indicator where you should it be pointing?
Mine always stays at a little less than the middle of the temperature indicator.
I would like to know if that's normal or if my engine is overheating.

Of course I will share with you the manual if I find it.

Normally the temperature should be a little below the middle of the gauge. However there are several factors to consider. If you have an airconditioner and are driving in city traffic then it would run a bit hotter. Also the ambient (outside air temperature) can be a contributing factor. If it is very hot then your van will also run a bit hotter. The main thing is to check the radiator coolant level and the overflow resevoir level. Do this only when the motor is cold!! If the radiator is low then it is likely that you have a coolant leak somewhere. If both levels are good then the problem could be elsewhere. Check your fan belt for tightness and wear. If all the above is okay then another possibility would be you have some blockage in the radiator itself. The only way to solve that problem is to remove the radiator and have it cleaned by a proffessional if the core is still in good shape. Hope this might help!
