I have heard that Hyundai is cleaning up its act and is now tied with Honda according to JD Powers. Is this true? Thinking about buying the Tuscon but have some reserves because of Hyundai's reputation. Is the korean built engine an issue to be wary of? Was told that the aluminum engine just won't last more that 100,000 km's.
Are there any good sites for reviews on the Tuson?

New member/thanks for any responses and reviews.

I don't know about Tucson but I have had several suzukis , accord and civic in the past and I must say Hyundai is reliable ( I drive 2 Hyundais).

Actually Hyundai is the most popular and reliable Korean brand for car. They bought KIA in 2000?. At that time Kia was almost went out of business.
