Hello, hyundai lovers..I'm back..

with a new problem..hahaha....

I just installed new sound setup...

Sound Accessories:

DVD HU
LCD Screen w/ tv tuner
Alpine V12 1507 (4 Channel)
2 Targa Seps (6")
2 x 10" Crunch Sub

Now my problem, when I turn on all the accesssories (sound setup), that includes the a/c, headlight(when driving at night), wiper (when it's raining) then my horn will not function ( not to mention my aftermarket fog light)..but when I turn off my HU, or in the morning while driving (of course no headlight and wiper), it works fine... do you think I need to upgrade my alternator? FYI, I have a 2sm battery installed..

btw, I want to ask how do I know the amp rating of my 91 elantra?

is it 40a or 60a?

Thanks for replies in advance...

Note:

I'm planning of upgrading my sub to 1x12 Sony Xplode and add another seps at the rear (6" probably)..I still have an extra v12 amp and planning of installing it too..

Im fairly sure the alternator is rated at either 60A or 75A. You will really need to measure the supply voltage while it is under load to work out whether it is the alternator that is the problem. Chances are you have made a mistake in your wiring that is playing havoc with the electrics, also "ground loops" can do some pretty strange things.

Check the voltages first.
