Im fairly sure the alternator is rated at either 60A or 75A. You will really need to measure the supply voltage while it is under load to work out whether it is the alternator that is the problem. Chances are you have made a mistake in your wiring that is playing havoc with the electrics, also "ground loops" can do some pretty strange things.
Check the voltages first.
