Bluelink ECO Driving Screen - why are all my bars green?

I have a 2014 HSH limited. When I press the "INFO" button followed by "Bluelink" and then "ECO DRIVING" I get the screen that shows vertical bars for MPG averaged over 2.5 minute intervals. As I understand it (based on the manual) this screen is supposed to compare my driving mpg against either the "community" or EPA standards and the color of the MPG bars is supposed to change based on how my numbers compare (e.g. green bar means I exceed the standards, yellow is close and brown is below). However, all of my bars are green all the time and there is no horizontal marker on the screen representing the community/EPA average. Also, I have never earned and "awards" in the upper right of the screen. Anyone know why I am not seeing the "community" average data? Did I miss something in setup? Your help is greatly appreciated!

My wife is driving my car today while her's in in the shop getting fixed so I can't get a screen shot. I will do that ASAP - the screen on my 2014 is somewhat different than your 2011.

Can someone with a 2014 chime in on this?

Finally was able to get a screen shot...

So here is my ECO driving display after driving about 40 minutes around town. All the bars are green, there is no horizontal line marking the community average and/or EPA average and no "ECO Rewards" in upper right. My question is: why does this not display differently colored bars and why does it not include the horizontal line marking the community average and/or EPA averages? What does your display show?
Thanks.

Not to add fuel to the fire but if the above is true then I should be seeing different colored bars in my eco coach as well as the eco rewards. I don't. All green bars and my ego score went back to zero some time ago. And I have all 3 bluelink packages. I noticed this changed this summer when they reclassified the 3 different packages and did away with some of the features. I just figured the eco coach was one that they stopped doing but since it's baked in the software it still shows the bars but no longer updates the eco rewards.

HMA has to pay for that $10B real estate deal somehow. Heck, the shareholders spoke when the price of HMA dropped over $9B in total over the course of 24 hours after the announced deal (almost enough to pay for the property). Samsung pulled out after they realized HMA was willing to pay ANYTHING for the acquisition.

Welcome to the world of the nouveau riche.00000732

For a detailed analysis of the deal, please refer to resident HMA analyst and filthy coward Mr. Awkward, who sends contemptuous PM's to me because of my documented hate for HMA. State your accusations in open forum, and I would have no problem with you. Allow a return PM of your cheap accusations (which you do not), and I will not call you out in open forum.

Now that I found the Ignore function, go **** off and take it the way you give it.

Super aren't you glad we don't have to pay for those yellow bars and all the head unit problems that Bluelink has caused.

Oh, I forgot I don't want to see any yellow bars only the good green ones.

I saw yellow bars in my 2011 but never see any in the '14. I always though the yellow bars meant the average MPG for the 2.5 minutes were lower than the vehicle's current average and green were at or above the vehicle's current average.

I took a couple of pics of my screen after a small road trip today. About 98% highway (60-70 MPH). This one was after reaching my destination. I guess I didn't subscribe to the option that shows the ECO rewards on this screen along with Community MPGs.

That's pretty much what my screen looks like - all bars green, ECO score blank. Someone in this thread (or another) said that Hyundai had dropped the community/EPA average feature. For me, it's no big deal but I wondered why I wasn't seeing what I should see according to the manual.
