While driving the Santa Fe, the engine just stopped running. I tried restarting, the engine turned over, but wouldn't fire. Once I got it home, I ran through everything I could think of and found that for some reason the fuel pump relay in the fuse box isn't getting any voltage when I turn the ignition on to the accessory side. If I take the key off, it shows I've got 12v running to it.
Im assuming this is the problem as I have tested the pump and it seems to work fine, checked the spark plugs, which they are firing. Starter fluid was used briefly to see if the engine fired, which it started just fine with it. Not sure what exactly would cause just the relay to the fuel pump to stop working as all the other relays seem to be working fine. Any suggestions?
