buy a MP3 player which uses radio waves. it will cost you approx 100$ (depends on brands and quality of course), and you will avoid to spend your time and money. and you will be able to upload music as much as you wish.

for example - http://www.globalsources.com/manufacturers...ransmitter.html

It depends on your ear for music because there is some background (like quiet - shshshss ), but it depends on your speakers and wires. cheapest have problems after few months - they are starting to lose frequency, but more references can find in the internet.
i don't have either this device, because i like to listen the radio, but my best friend (he is DJ) have this device for one year and is very pleased. On thing he can't accept - when travelling around and in selected frequency appears radio then he should manually switch next free channel.

Yes, if you are in a city with a lot of radio stations, it is hard to find a station that is not used. My wife tried with her iPod here in Miami with a Belkin and it is horrible. Don't these SUV's have a tape deck? The tape deck adapter works great.

I tried using a tape adapter for my ipod, but I just kept getting a message that said Broken Tape. I already have one of the adapters that sends a signal to the radio, but the tape adapter would give a direct connection. I might try a new tape adapter, but I don't know if I want to shell out the money if it won't work either.
