If you look carefully there is an allen bolt up towards the top of the transfer case on a 45 degree angle. I believe it is 10mm. I suggest you attempt to losen that one before you drain it just in case the bolt won't come loose (may want to spray some penetrating oil). Also filling it is a bit of a pain. If you buy 2 squeeze bottles of gear oil and cut the tip you can force it in the fill hole and squeeze a little more than half out of each bottle. Fill until fluid starts backing out of the lower part of the fill hole. Since you are doing that use the same oil to do the rear differential. Fill til fluid starts coming out of the lower part of the fill hole. Filling accurately is based on the vehicle being level so take that into account if you have the vehicle on ramps.
