The tiburon engine has been done before, but no engine swap is a direct bolt on. You've gotta do quite a bit of work to make it happen.

I am pretty sure the teggy rims will fit on the Accent. I bought some rims that I'm pretty sure came off of a Civic and the fitment seems to be about the same.
