You said you replace the charcoal canister, but did you blow out the charcoal pellets from the vapor lines? If not, then the little pellets are fouling the purge valve. Just seal off the vapor line...

Misfire on 1 and 4 is indicative of a coil problem. If you changed the coil, suspect the wiring harness is bad. Get one from the junkyard and splice it in.
