they are EXTREMELY easy to change. Get the car in the air, remove the tire on the side your changing, if its a drum style brake remove the drum, if disc, remove caliper, bracket and rotor. Now the only mildy tricky part- the dust cap in the center of the hub needs to come off, do this with a hammer and flathead screwdriver or chisel, working your way around the cap till its off. Next is the large 32mm nut, remove this, the washer behind it and give the old hub a few taps with the hammer, and it will come off. Than just put the new one in and reverse the order.
