I cannot find a good wiper blade that does not hit the plastic on the passengers side window pillar. I am using 24" driver and 20" passenger. Anyone else have this issue? Which blades work best? I am thinking of making the passenger side 19". The premium and beam blades seem just a little bit long.
Thanks
Maybe the problem isn't the wiper blades but the arms. Have you checked the length of both wiper arms to make sure the longer arm is on the driver's side??
I wound up getting Bosch from Walmart. Here is the issue in a nutshell. The blade lengths are correct. The issues is where the connector sits on the blade and how the J-Hook slides into it. It appears that different manufacturers of blades have different types of j-hook connectors on the blades. The result I saw is that it can either cause the passenger blade to be closer to the drivers side slightly where they touch on my car with certain blades. Or what my original issue is the passenger blade because of the connector location was closer to the right edge of the window hitting the plastic piece in the corner of the windshield. The Bosch Icon's are the one for my car based on this. This may sound crazy, but I have tried Rain-x, Neoforms, different Trico's and different premium type blades.
Bosch Icon are the flat fancy style blades right? I've found on various cars that those look nice but don't get the job done as well as traditional. Next time you are at Walmart grab a set of Anco Aerovantage. They come with multiple attachment sizes.
I agree about not getting the job done. I will look for them next time
