The cooling fan has a big module that power goes to, then out to the fan motor...
According to the ETM, fuse 3 feeds 1 side of the fan relay coil which is driven in the by ground from the PCM after a couple pass through components.. There is also a 60A link that feeds the fan module.. Follow the large harness to the fan module on the left frame rail..
I have fuse 19 called out for fuel pump relay and ox sensor
