If so, where is it?
Yes, that's the same as my unit. So, if you have no luck upgrading, my offer still stands...

You can get a harness made at installer.com where they will connect 2 harnesses together to fit a) your car harness and b) the harness from the NAV/DVD unit.

However, I think this one won't work unless it has pre-outs which are the low-level outputs that go into the amplifier and are not powerful enough on their own to fire the speakers.

If they do have those, or they can supply you with the correct harness for the pre-outs, then you can get this wired up.

For your question on where it is - the Inifinity amp is under the passenger seat.

Cheers, let us know.

thepipe OOPS! I had the wrong video up when I responded. I tried the reset procedure where you pull the radio fuse for a few minutes and reinsert. Grinner, I am going to use your video when (if) I find a suitable replacement. It's the best one out there for radio removal on our cars. Thanks!

There's a black jumper in the interior fuse box that will accomplish the same thing without getting your fingers dirty

It is used to avoid battery drain between manufacture and delivery from various low (but constant) drain components like the radio. Pull it out and you're completely shut down. It's designed to flip 90 and reinsert for storage.

Grinner I'm on fire today... some searching around and I find a unit that talks about our connectors! They do say that if you have the amplifier, tell them and they will give you the correct connector. So, it COULD be plug n play. However, later on, they show a piccie of our connectors and I think they are saying that they don't have that. It's confusing - maybe ask them???

Grinner @Pipe There is no unit that has those connectors. I researched it endlessly when I got mine. I had to build custom connectors for mine but it works fine. If you don't want to go that route (and Best Buy or a radio shop will build them for you), I still have my old CD radio if you want to buy it and swap it for yours. It worked fine when I took it out 3 years ago.

thepipe I'll take a pic tomorrow. It is the Infinity with XM and a 6-disc changer. That changer is the problem - it has eaten the CD's and won't give them back!
